7	Date, time and place of opening of tender				Date : 06-03-2014, Time 3.00 PM. Place : Office of the undersigned
8	Tender shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified above. Interested Tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the Tender Documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of Tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
9	A		The tenderer should submit the tender document in sealed condition.
	B		All terms and conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act (PPA)-2006 and ''The Public Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid
	C		The cost of tests for materials & others as required by the technical specification should be included in the quoted rates No additional payment will be made for those tests.
	D		Tenders submitted with more than 5% less or more than 5% above of the estimated cost will be treated as non- responsive.
	E		If there are more than 1 lowest responsive tenderer than 1 tenderer amoung them will be selected as per Public Procurement (2nd Amendment) Act 2006 and PPR 2008
	F		General qualification of documents. The tenderer must have the following documents that should have to be submitted with the tender documenst (i) Attested copies of VAT registration & TIN certificates, (ii) Attested copies of trade license.
	G		The tenderer must submit of the above mentioned work certificate with the tender documents from the concerned Executive Engineer/authority.
	H		Payment of civil works will be made by receiving fund available.
