6. In case of total quoted amount found less or above than 5% of the official Estimate (amount shown in BOQ), the tender shall  be summarily rejected.
7. If the lowest responsive/evaluated tender is found to be more that one, the successful Tenderer will be determined through lottery. 8.   Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days for package no. GRDP/THA/Peer/10-11/04,GRDP/THA/Rani/10-11/07, & 120 days for package no.GRDP/THA/Bali/10-11/01,02,GRDP/THA/Rani/10-11/03,GRDP/THA/Peer/10-11/05,06&GRDP/THA/Rani/10-11/08, GRDP /THA/Sadar/10-11/09,10,11,12,13 after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderers  may obtain further information from the Office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above .The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
