7.
Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening
and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning
any reasons what so orver.
Interested tenderers may obtain further information
from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/ bank draft Treasury Chalan
from the places mentioned above .The tenderer of thier authorised representatives
are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.. |

8. Special Condition (a).The
Provisions laid down in the PPR (2nd Revision)/2009 and PW-2 for
Procurement of works will be binding upon the Contractor.. (b)
NOA will not be issued without the approval of the authority. |
