22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in Civil construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Civil construction work of at least 1(one) contracts of similar nature (Construction of multi-storied building), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.25 (Three point Twenty-Five) Crore. iii. Required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 11.50 (Eleven point Fifty) Crore Taka over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 years to be provided. iv. Minimum amount of free funds (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two point Fifty) Crore. The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
