the tenderer in the construction work. 2)The minimum specified experience as a similar nature of work
value TK.15.00 Crore at last 3 years of 01 (One) contact 06 storied building
per floor area 5000 Sft in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Developer
Company. Incase of developer company enlisted REHAB/RAJUK,Complete
work certificate shall be submitted authorize signatory the rank of executive
engineer. Developer company shall be submitted complete work certificate
sinnatory authority RAJUK/REHAB. 3)The minimum required average annual
construction turnover greater than 36.00 crore over the last 3 years. 4)The minimum amount of liquid asset or
working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be TK.4.50 crore. 5)Any contractor/Construction firm/REHAB
Enlisted developer firm in The Tenderer must be process. 6)Up to date VAT,IT,Trade License,ABC
Electrical Contractor License. 7) Construction equipmint,Man
power,JBCA and others information for eligibility shown in tender data sheet
of tender document. 8)Attached copy of document mentioned Sl.1) to 7)
are to be submitted. |
