8According to the Gazette published on 09-12-2009 as PPR-2006 

                                                                Rule’s 19(1a) Sub-Clause-1. The tender price Should not be more than 

                                                                 5% (Five Parcent)  Less or 5% (Five Parcent ) above than the official

                                                                    Estimated cost. Failing which the tender shall be rejected.

9.Tender shall be valid for a period of 60  days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
