for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below: 1)The minimum 5years of general experience of
the tenderer in the construction work. 2)The minimum specified experience as a similar nature of work
value TK.2.25 Crore at last 3 years of 01 (One) contact 05 storied building
per floor area 3000 Sft in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous
Organization.Complete work certificate shall be submitted. 3)The minimum required average annual
construction turnover greater than 3.75 crore over the last 3 years. Work done certificate from private
organization will not be allowed. 4)The minimum amount of liquid asset or
working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be TK. 60 Lac. In case of credit facility must have to
follow the format of form PW3-7. The Tenderer must be process. 5)Up to date VAT,IT,Trade License,ABC
Electrical Contractor License. 6) Construction equipmint,Man
power,JVCA and others information for eligibility shown in tender data sheet
of tender document. 7)Attached copy of document mentioned Sl.1) to 6)
are to be submitted. |
