Invitation of Expression of Interest (EOI) for

Selection of NGOs for Poverty Reduction Program in Slums of  Barguna Pourashava.

 

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (“ADB”) ADB Loan no. 2462 BAN (SF), Grant from GOB, Kreditanstalt  Fuer wiederaufbau (KfW) and GIZ towards the cost of Second Urban Governance and Infrastructure Improvement (Sector) Project (UGIIP-II).

The Mayor, Barguna Pourashava now invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible NGOs for Poverty Reduction Program in Slums of Barguna Pourashavas for the purpose of the Project. Interested NGOs are requested to submit EOI in the specified format.

Interested eligible NGOs may obtain the specified format and further information during normal office hours (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on all working days (Sunday to Thursday) up to 14-11-2011 at the following address:

The EOI document may also be sent by surface mail or courier for local delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Expressions of Interest not submitted in the given specified format may rejected.

EOI documents must be delivered to the address mentioned above at or before 14:00 hours on or before 15-11-2011. Late received EOI documents shall be rejected. The authority will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with the preparation or delivery of EOI documents.

The authority reserves all the rights to accept any EOI documents or to reject any or all EOI documents without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
