(1) Digital Survey & Site plan preparation. (2) Soil test with report generation

(3) Details Architectural Drawing. (4) Details Structural Design and Drawing.

(5) Details Electrical Drawing. (6) Details Plumbing, Water supply Drawing Fire Fightin & Mechanical Drawing (7) Environment and cost benefit analysis (8) Details Estimate (Floor wise), BOQ and Preparation of Tender Document &  (9) 3D of the proposed Building.

:

The intending firm have to submit following documents along with the E.O.I.

1. Valid Trade Licence, Income Tax, VAT Certificate.

2. Brochure, General Information, Key personal etc.

3. Experience of similar nature of job for last ten years (2002-2011).

4. Manpower Technical & others, Logistics & Financial Capability of the firm 5. Survey & Soil Investigation Fancilities
