LGED now invites Expression of
Interest (EoI) and RFA from a experienced Individual
Consultant (National) for the following positions initially the duration of
the service is 24 (Twenty Four) months. However it may reqiore downstream
assignment for further period of time depending on the approval of revised
DPP if needed as well as the satisfactory performance of the consultants. |

B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed
University. - Minimum 5 Years experience in planning
and performing structural analysis and design of RCC & PC bridge,
(Foundation, sub-structures & super-structures) RC culverts and other
structures like River Training Works, Landing Jetty, road protective works
and retaining wall etc. - Should
have sound knowledge on using standard code of practice AASHTO, IRC, ACI etc.
for analysis and design Bridges. Computer proficiency in structural analysis
design using software like STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS CIVIL & CSI bridge
etc. |

- Diploma
in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institution of Bangladesh or Equivalent
Degree. - Should have Minimum 5 (Five) Years experience in official
estimating of any kind of structures with sound knowledge understanding
engineering documents such as drawing, specification, scope of works of
infrastructure; - Should have excellent knowledge for
preparation of estimates cost of all phases of engineering design like Civil,
Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing using cost
estimating Software/Ms Excel. |
