The
Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a Fund for Secondary
Education Quality and Access Enhancement Project (SEQAEP) to be financed by the
World Bank, under Directorate of Secondary & Higher Education (DSHE)
(hereinafter referred to as “SEQAEP”), towards the cost of Proxy Means Testing
(PMT) Administration, and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the
fund to payments under the contract for supply of the following PMT Application
Forms and Application Instruction Sheets.
Sealed tenders are hereby invited
from the eligible suppliers/tenderers as defined in the tender documents for
supply of goods as per terms and conditions stated below:

(in English) may be purchased by any interested eligible tenderers on the
submission of a written application to above address and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee as mentioned above only during normal office hours on all
