INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
15.	Brief Description of the Assignment	:	a) LGED is going to undertake a study project entitled “Preparation of Action Area Plan for Naryanganj and Gazipur City Corporation”. Preparation of Action Area Plan for two City Corporations has been decided to be planned under 2 (two) Packages (as mentioned in clause 18&19) by engaging consulting firms. b) Basis of the Action Area Plans will be DMDP of RAJUK and Relevant documents of Particular City Corporation. Deliverable documents of Action plan will provide specific planning policy and guidance for an area where significant regeneration or investment needs to be managed and identify key strategic interventions. The Action Area Plans will comprise of (i) Priority listing of Infrastructure Investment Plan; (ii) Provide policy framework, description of institutional arrangements, compensation strategy, budget, internal and external monitoring and evaluation procedure and implementation schedule. It will contain necessary drawing, design, documents and estimates.
16.	Experience, Resources & Delivery Capacity Required	:	§ The interested consulting firm should have adequate experiences of action plan preparation, site planning, landscaping and Master plan Preparation works. § The consulting firm should have experiences on conducting of survey and study of the similar nature of work.
			The EOI shall be submitted along with the following documents. a. Legal Trade License, Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, necessary legal documents for JVA etc. b. List of similar nature of completed works during last 05(five) years in/c assignment name with brief description/contract date/completion date and other relevant information.
			c. Organizational information, list of professional and general manpower with qualification and experience detail in permanent payroll. d. Availability of resources and logistics. e. Turnover of last 03(three) years. f. Evidence (Experience Certificate, Contract Agreement etc.) of minimum experience as mentioned in this clause above.
17.	Other Information	:	a. The Consulting firm can apply only once individualy or jointly in the form of JV or association in any package as mention in clause 18 & 19. b. Consulting firm will submit 1 (one) original and 2 (two) true copies of the EOI for each package in sealed envelopes marked with the “Title” and “Specific Package Number & Location” as mention in clause 18 & 19. with 1 (one) electronic copy in CD/DVD. c. Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in the Public Procurement Rules-2008. d. Interested consulting firms may obtain further information during office hour excepting Government holiday.
