following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within
seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1
ii.
furnish a
Performance Security in the form as
specified and in the amount of Tk. 8,47,375/- (Eight Lac. Forty seven
thousand three hundred seventy five only
) ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this
Notification of Award but not later than
16/09/2012 in accordance with ITT
Clause 65.
iii.
sign the
Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 19/09/2012,
in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only

Construction of additional class room (a) Bow khola (GPS) & (b) Damar pota
(GPS) including Furniture Supply Under Sadar Upazila, Dist. Satkhira for the
Contract Price of Tk 1,13,99,496.84 Amount
in word ( One Core thirteen Lac ninety
nine thousand four hundred ninety six and Paisa eighty four ) only as corrected
and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers , has been
approved by Additional Chief Engineer(M), LGED, H/Q. Dhaka Vaide
Memo No. LGED/PEDP-III/D-5/2012(Part-14)/4575 Dated:06/08/2012.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i) accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven
(7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1
ii) furnish a
Performance Security in the form as
specified and in the amount of Tk.5,69,975/- ( Five
Lac sixty nine thousand nine hundred seventy five only ) ,within
fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 16/09/2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii) sign the Contract
within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19/09/2012, in
accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which
shall become binding upon you.

all other documents for your perusal and signature.
