This is to notify
you that your Tender dated 07.08.2012 for the Execution of Works for Construction
of Additional class room for
DHANANJOYPUR RNGPS (Rural) Including
Furniture Supply.. Package No. PEDP-III
/JHD / SAD / 20 11-12/ W2.1453 for the Contract
Price of Tk 25,94,728.90 (Taka Twenty five Lakh Ninty four thousand Seven hundred Twenty Eight and Paisa
Ninety only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Upazilla Engineer, LGED, Upazila: Sadar,
District : Jhenaidah.
You are thus requested to take flowing actions:
1.
Accept in writing the Notification of
Award within 7 (seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub clause 63.1
2.
Furnish a performance Security in the form as specified
and in the amount of Tk1,30,000.00 (Taka
One Lakh Thirty thousand only) within
fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19-09-2012 in accordance with ITT
Clause 65.
3.
Sign the Contract Agreement within twenty eight (28)
days, issuance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 03-10-2012 in accordance
with ITT Sub Clause 69.2
You may proceed with the execution
of the works only upon completion of above tasks. You may also please not that
this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and
signature.
