Notification of Award

To : M/S. Bonantar Trading Corporation

Banapol road, Chacra, Jessore.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 16-08-12 for the execution of the works for Re-const. of DATTAPARA, RAJAPUR & DAKHIN BAKRA Community Primary School In/c. Furniture Supply. Package No. PEDP-III/JSR/JHI/2011-12/W1.0457 under PEDP-III Contract Price of Tk.1,81,03,022.03 (Tk. One Cror eighty one Lacs three thousand twenty two & paisa three only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 31.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk.9,05,152.00 (Tk. Nine Lacs five thousand one hundred fifty two only), within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 13-09-12, in accordance with ITT Clause 32.1.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty one (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 27-09-12, in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the works for Re-const. of DATTAPARA, RAJAPUR & DAKHIN BAKRA Community Primary School In/c. Furniture Supply, only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
