This is to notify you that your Tender dated 18/10/2012 for the execution of the Works for Re-construction of (1) Singpara (2) Jagannath Patty (3) Brahmmon Khola GPS.One Storied Primary School Building Having Four Storied foundation including Furniture Supply & Construction of Toilet,Electrification,Dolna of Children park, Balance of Children Park,Sleepery of Children Park At Sreenagar Munshigonj. (Package No. PEDP-III/Mun/SRE/2011-12/W2.0124) Contract Price of Tk. 1,77,05,242.31 (Taka One Crore Seventy Seven Lac Five Thousand Two hundred Forty two & paisa Thirty one only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila Engineer,LGED,Upazila Sreenagar,District-Munshigonj.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven(7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. furnish a performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 8,86,000/-(Eight Lac Eighty Six thousand only) within fourteen(14)days of acceeptance of this Notificaton of Award but

not later than 14/01/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight(28)days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 28/01/2013 , in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for Your perusal and signature.

(Package No. PEDP-III/Mun/SRE/2011-12/W2.0125) Contract Price of Tk. 1,83,46,734.78 (Taka One Crore Eighty three Lac Forty six thousand Seven hundred Thirty four & paisa Seventy eight only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila Engineer,LGED,Upazila Sreenagar,District-Munshigonj.

You are thus requested to take following actions:
