for the Contract Price of Tk.5,26,148/00 (Taka Forty lac Twenty Six Thousand One hundred Forty Eight only ) as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by the authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of
its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 31.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the
amount of Tk 27,000/- (Taka Twenty Seven thousand only), within fourteen (14) days of issuance
of this letter but not later than
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty one (21) days of issuance of this
letter but not later than
You may proceed with the
execution of the Works for only upon completion of the above tasks. You
