This is to notify you that your Tender received dated
19-12-2012 (IFT No. 11/2012-13, dated 13-11-2012 & Amendment Notice, dated
18-12-2012) for the execution of the Works
for Package
No IDB-Raj-14/1 Improvement of road from Bargachi UP (Shabser Sluice Gate)
to Shialber bazar road, Ch. 400m to 550m & Ch. 700m to 2000m by BC (ID No.
187723014), Upazila t Paba, District t Rajshahi for the Contract Price of Tk.41,12,637.97
(Tk. Forty one lac twelve
thousand six hundred thirty seven & paisa ninety seven) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted by the competent authority.
You
are requested to Proceed with the execution of the works on basis that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall
become binding upon you furnishing a Performance
Security amounting to Taka 4,12,000.00
(Tk. Four lac twelve thousand) only (In the case of Bank Guarantee of Performance Security shoud be unconditional & valid
not less than 12 months) within 14 (fourteen) days of issued of this
Notification of award, in accordance with ITT Clause 53 and signing the
Contract Agreement within 15 (fifteen) days, in accordance with ITT Clause 54.
We attach the Contract Agreement and Particular
Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.
