Tender dated 23-04-2013 (IFT No. 31/2012-13, dated 24-03-2013 for the execution of the Works
for Construction of Puthia Upazila Muktijudho Memorial Monoment
at Biraldah (East side of Mazar),

Rajshahi for
the Contract Price of Tk. 34,92,631.00 (Tk. Thirty four lac ninety
two thousand six hundred thirty one)
only i.e. 5% (Five Percent) less than the Offical Estimated Amount of Tk.
36,76,454.00
(Tk. Thirty six lac seventy six thousand four hundred fifty four) only
as corrected
and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved
by the undersigned.
You are thus requested to take following action t

i. |
accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7(seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 36.1. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
ii. |
furnishing a Performance Security in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order or an irrevocable Bank Guarantee {Irrevocable Bank Guarantee should be valid for a period not less than 270 (Two hundred seventy days)} and in the amount of 1,75,000.00 (Tk. One lac seventy five thousand) only, within 7 (Seven) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 22-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2. |

iii. |
sign the Contract within 14 (Fourteen) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 22-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1 (Please attach one copy of your attested present passport size Photographs with contract documents & Contract will be signed in a Non-judicial Stamp of Tk.300.00). |

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
