20,135m) UZR (Road ID No. 181942013), Upazila :
Tanore, District: Rajshahi, for the Contract Price of Tk. 4,74,23,024.17
(Tk. Four crore seventy four lac twenty three thousand twenty four & paisa seventeen)
only as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure
Development Project, Level-6, RDEC Bhaban, LGED, Agargaon, Sher-e-Banglanagar,

are thus requested to take following action t

Accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7(Seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1. |

ii. |
Furnishing a Performance Security in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order or an Irrevocable Bank Guarantee {Irrevocable Bank Guarantee should be valid for a period not less than 560 (Five hundred sixty days)} and in the amount of Tk. 23,72,000.00 (Tk. Twenty three lac seventy two thousand) only, within 14 (Fourteen) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 08-09-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65. |

iii. |
Sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty eight) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 17-09-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2 (Please attach one copy of your attested present passport size Photographs with contract documents & Contract will be signed in a Non-judicial Stamp of Tk.300.00). |

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completon of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
