m) Rehabilitation of Road by Seal Coat starting from Rashida Factory Mour to Bonder Bari Mosque ch 00-795.00m

n) Rehabilitation of Road by Seal Coat starting from Baniya Bazar R & H Road To Dakpara Mazid Rice Mill ch 00-740.00m

Package No: UGIIP-II-3/JAMA/UT/03/2012 -for the contract price of Tk. 1,96,11,256.51 in word (Taka One Crore ninety six lac eleven thousand two hundred fifty six & fifty one paisa) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions of Tenderers has been by the Pourashava authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

1. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within Seven days (07) Working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 38.1

2. Furnish a Performance Security in the amount of Tk.10,00,000.00 in word Tk. (Ten lac) only in favor of Mayor Jamalpur Pourashava in Bank draft/ Pay order with in seven (07) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award in accordance with ITT Clause 39.2 (Note: Bank guarantee is not allowed in accordance with Claus 2.6.1asper instructions of infrastructure development manual Book.)

3. Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 42.1

You may proceed with the execution of Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the contract Agreement and all other documents including Particular Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.
