This is to notify you that your Bid dated 25-09-2013 for execution of the Construction of (i) Dhunar Khal Regulator by modification of existing box culvert (1V-10mx4.5m) (ii) Sukra Khal Regulator by modification of existing box culvert (1V-5.2mx4.30m) & (iii) WMCA Office including Electrification, Office Furniture under Swarupdha Dhunar khal Subproject {SP-44074(ADB)}, Upazila: Chowgacha, District: Jessore, Package No.LGED/PSSW/PD/Chowgacha/Jessore/W-2/2013 for the Accepted Contract Amount of the equivalent of Tk 1,90,10,397.31 (Taka One Core Ninety Lac Ten Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven and Paisha Thirty One only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to furnish the Performance Security amount of Tk. 19,02,000.00 (Taka Nineteen Lac Two thousand only) within 28 days in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, (but no letter than 01-12-2013 date) using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.

We accepted that Md. Ataullah Bhuiya, Ex. Chief Engineer, LGED, House No. 21, Road No. 4, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka be appointed as the Adjudicator.
