PEDP-III/JSR/JHI/W2.2459 for the Contract Price of
Tk.1,24,30,156.44(Taka One Crore
Twenty Four Lac’s Thirty Thousand One Hundred Fifty
Six and paisa Forty Four only), as corrected and modified in accordance with
the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by The Competent Authority.
You are thus requested to
take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
furnish a Performance
Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk.6,21,510.00 (Taka Six Lac’s Twenty
One Thousand Five Hundred Ten only), within fourteen (14) days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 23.02.2014, in accordance with
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this
Notification of Award but not later than
09.03.2014, in accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
