This is to notify you that your Tender dated 23-March-2015
for the execution of the Works for Construction of Administrative Extension
Building & Hall Room under-Raninagar Upazila, District: Naogaon (Package No:
PWA-UZC-Raninagar-32) for the Contract Price of Tk. 3,98,20,483.155 (In Words Tk. Three Crore Ninety eight Lac
Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Three & Paisa Fifteen) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Extension of Upazila Complex Project, LGED HQ, Dhaka-1207 vide memo no-LGED/PD/EUCP/E-65/2011/941,
Date: 25/05/2015.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i. Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within SEVEN (7) working days of its
issuance pursuant to
ITT Clause.
ii. Furnish
a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 20,00,000.00
(In Words
Tk. Twenty lac) only within FOURTEEN (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 09/06/2015 in accordance with ITT
Clause.
iii. Sign
the Contract within TWENTY EIGHT (28) days of issuance of this Notification
of Award but not
later than 21/06/2015 in accordance with ITT Clause.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of Administrative Extension
Building & Hall Room under-Raninagar Upazila, District: Naogaon only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which
shall become binding upon you.

draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
