This is to notify you that your Tender dated 05-01-2016 for the execution of the Works for Construction
of 01 (One) Production tube well, Piped rural water Supply and Related work for
Rajgonj Bazar, Upazila: Monirampur, District: Jessore. Package No. LGED/SRIIP/JSR/GCMWS-248 for the Contract Price of Tk 69,
57,718.00 (Taka Sixty Nine Lac Fifty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen) only as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Approving
Authority.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i) accept in writing the Notification of
Award within Seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause
38.1
ii) furnish a Performance Security in the the amount of Tk. 3,48,000.00 (Three Lac Forty Eighty Thousand)
only within Seven (7) days of acceptance of this Notification of award but
not later than 23-03-2016 in aceordance with
ITT Clause 39.2
iii)
sign
the Contract within fourteen
(14) working days of issuance of
this Notification award in accordance with ITT Clause 42.1
You may proceed with the execution of
the works upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that
this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the Contract Agreement and
all other documents including Particular Conditions of contract for your
perusal and signature.
