your Tender dated 12/07/2016 for the execution of the Works for Part-A: Strengthening of Zila road at Kakina – Duhuli
Jourgacha GC road from ch. 00 - 8840m,
Road ID: 152392006 Under Kaliganj Upazila & Part-B Strengthening of Khaner
Bazar – Goddimari UP road from ch.00 -3600m, Road ID:152333007 Under Hatibandha
Upazila (Package no. LGED/SRIIP/LAL/SW-322)
for the contract price of Tk 1,72,55,957.96 (Taka
One crore seventy-two lakh fifty-five thousand nine hundred fifty-seven point nine
six), as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the
competent Authority.
You are thus
requested to take following actions :
i.
accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63
\
ii.
furnish
a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Taka 17,26,000.00

only), within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 23/11/2016 in

sign
the Contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of
