Sub: Notification of Award (Package No. UGIIP-III-2/JESS/UT+DR/01/2016)

Ref: LGED/PD/UGIIP-III/P-157/2016/737; Dated: 27/03/2017.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13 February’ 2017 for execution of the works for Improvement/Rehabilitation & Widening of 4431m roads and construction of 3887m RCC drains in different places of Jessore Pourashava in Jessore District of Package No. UGIIP-III-2/JESS/UT+DR/01/2016 for the Accepted Contract Amount of Taka 8, 88, 38,372.98 (Taka Eight Crore Eighty Eight Lac Thirty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Two and Paisa Ninety Eight only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by PIU Office of Jessore Pourashava, Jessore.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

(i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 57.3.

(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Taka 44,41,918.65 (Taka Forty Four lac Forty One thousand Nine hundred Eighteen and Paisa Sixty Five only), within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not late than 12-04-2017,in accordance with ITT Clause 59.2.

(iii) Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notificationof Award but not late than 26-04-2017, in accordance with ITT Clause 61.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above taska.

You may also please note that this Notificationof Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
