Sub: Notification of Award (Package No. UGIIP-III-2/JESS/UT-DR/05/2016)

Ref: LGED/PD/UGIIP-III/P-182/2017/1174; Dated: 09/05/2017.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 14 May’ 2017 for execution of the works for Improvement/Rehabilitation & Widening of 4310m roads and construction of 4680m RCC drains in different places of Jessore Pourashava in Jessore District.of Package No. UGIIP-III-2/JESS/UT-DR/05/2016 for the Accepted Contract Amount of Taka 107,703,376.67 (Taka Ten Crore Seventy-Seven Lac Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six and Paisa Sixty-Seven) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers is hereby accepted by PIU Office of Jessore Pourashava, Jessore.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

(i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 57.3.

(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Taka 5,385,168.83 (Taka Fifty-Three lac Eighty-Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Eight and Paisa Eighty-Three only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not late than 28-05-2017 in accordance with ITT Clause 59.2.

(iii) Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notificationof Award but not late than 11-06-2017 in accordance with ITT Clause 61.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the works only upon completion of the above taska.

You may also please note that this Notificationof Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
