INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22.	Eligibility of Applicant		(a) Valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with up-to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate with up-to date VAT clearance certificate etc.; (b) The minimum period of general experience of the applicant in the construction works shall be 10 (ten) years; (c) Similar 1(one) in a single contract of 500.00 m long PC girder bridge with individual span of 40.00 m or above over the river successfully completed during a period of last 10(ten) years and cost of bridge construction not bellow Tk.50.00 (fifty) crore. (d) The required average annual turnover of last 5 (five) years shall be minimum Tk. 60.00 crore.
23.	Brief Description of Works		· Approximate length of the bridge: 668.00 m consisting of 13 span, · Two lane bridge with both side footpath, · Large diameter deep bored piles in foundation (Depth: 50m & Dia: 1200 mm), · Construction of Bridge approach road with slope protection.
