INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
23.	Eligibility of Tenderer	1. General and overall experience in construction business minimum 10(ten) years including incorporation certificate, upto date Trade Lisence, VAT&TAX certificate. 2. Tenderer having record of poor performance such as abandoning or not completing the contract, defective or poor workmanship, financial failures, debarred by any public sector organization shall not be considered for award of contract. 3. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years. 4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) contract of RCC Road of minimum length 5.00 Km successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.14.00 (Fourteen) Crore only.
		5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.19.00 (Nineteen) Crore only over the best 5(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) years. 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore only. 7. Tenderer must have the equipment of Batching Plant otherwise shall not be eligibile for technical evaluation. 8. Tenderer's failure to submit relevant and acceptable Method Stated in Sl.No:18 will not be considered for Financial Evaluation. 9. Other eligibility and qualification criteria of Tenderer are detailed in Tender Documents.
