Eligibility
of Applicant |
a)
Valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number
(TIN) with up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration
Certificate with up-to-date VAT clearance certificate etc. b)
The minimum period of general experience of the
applicant in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years. c)
The required number of similar contract
constructed over a period of last 10 (Ten) years shall be at least 2(Two)
high rise building (6 storied minimum) with RCC Pile foundation and costing
not below 20.00 (Twenty) crore taka (Summation of two contract maximum). The
similar work experience certificate shall be government work (private or
non-government work certificate is not acceptable). d)
The required average annual construction
turnover of last 5 (Five) years shall be greater than 20.00 (Twenty) crore
Taka. e)
The minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 40.00
crore equivalents. |

foundation) at BAPARD Campus, Kotwalipara, Gopalganj, with necessary fitting fixing, water supply
& sanitation, having total floor area for each of the building is about 2,40,000 sft. ·
Cast-in-situ pile foundation ·
Construction of Semi-Basement floor with proper bituminous membrane
installation ·
Internal & External Electrification with sub-station, generator
