Valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with up-to date
income tax clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate with up-to
date VAT clearance certificate etc;
The minimum period of general experience of the applicant in the
construction works shall be 5(five) years.
The required number of similar contract constructed shall be 2(two)
over a period of last 10 (Ten) years and must have experience of constructing
at least 1(one) 400m long PC Girder
bridge over river in a single contract and costing not bellow 45.00 (Forty
five) crore;
The required average annual turnover of last 5(five) years shall be
minimum Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) crore.
