In reference to the invitation
for pre-qualification issued under the office Memo No.LGED/PD/Jamalpur/T-01/2014/36
and date: 20/07/2014 hereby amended as follows: .

ITA 14.1(b) |
Participation as contractor, management
contractor, in at least 1 (one) similar contracts within the last 10 (ten) years
of minimum 300m long bridge having deep foundation (cast-in-situ pile / well foundation) has been successfully completed. The similarity shall be
based on the physical size, complexity, methods/technology or other
characteristics as described in Section 4, Scope of Works. Certificate shall be furnished in "completion Certificate" format and "Details of
Works Completed " format signed and stamped by the Procuring Entity or his authorised representative . |

A satisfactory construction of BRIDGE/ROADS/RIVER PROTECTION works
of at least contract value of BDT 50.00 (FIFTY) Crore over a period of last 10(ten) years
shall be required. . Contracts having value less
than 3.0 crores will not be Considered . Certificate shall be furnished in "completion Certificate" format and "Details of
Works Completed " format signed and stamped by the Procuring Entity or his authorised representative . |

The JV shall nominate a Representative (partner-in-charge)
who shall have the authority to conduct all business for and on behalf of any
and all the partners of the JV during the tendering process and, in the event
the JV is awarded the Contract, during contract execution including the
receipt of payments for and on behalf of the JV. |
JV
shall nominate the Leading Partner
as RE-PRESENTATIVE being entrusted
with the Contract administration and management at Site who shall have the
authority to conduct all business for and on behalf of any and all the
partners of the JV during the Tendering process and, in the event the JV is
awarded the Contract, during contract execution including the receipt of
payments for and on behalf of the JV. |
