| 22 | Eligibility of Applicant | (a) Valid Trade License, Tax Identifacation Number (TIN) with up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc; | ||
| (b) The period of general experience of the applicant in the construction work shall be at least last 5(five) years and with activity at least nine(9) months in each year; | ||||
| (c) The required number of similar contract constructed shall be 2(two) over a period of last 10(ten) years and must have experience of constructing at least 1(one) 500m long PC Girder bridge over a river in a single contract; | ||||
| (d) The required average annual construction turnover within the last 5(five) years shall be minimum Tk.40 (forty ) crore. | ||||
