Eligibility of Tenderer |
: |
This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers who
must have following qualification criteria:
(a)
Valid
Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with up-to date income tax
clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate with up-to date VAT
clearance certificate etc.; (b)
The
minimum period of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years; (c)
The
required number of similar contract constructed by the Tenderer shall be 2
(two) over a period of last 10(ten) years and must have experience of
construction of at least 1(one) 500m long PC girder bridge over river in a
single contract and costing not bellow 35.00 (thirty five) crore ; (d)
The
required average annual turns over of last 5 (five) years shall be minimum Tk.
32.00 crore. The Intended Tenderer must provide to the Procuring Entity
the eligible specific construction experience as mentioned above before
purchasing the Tender Document. |
