01.	Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has been allocated public funds towards the cost of rehabilitation of urban infrastructures damaged by the Flood 2007 as “Flood Damages-2007” component under Secondary Towns Integrated Flood Protection (Phase-2) Project-LGED Part.
02.	The Executive Engineer, Brahmanbaria Pourashava, Brahmanbaria now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderer for the purpose of the following works:

07.	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 14.10.2010, Time: 03.00PM and Place: Office of the undersigned
08.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may purchase the tender documents or obtain further information from the office as stated above & Office of the undersigned.
09.	All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned in Bangladesh Taka in the form of either Payment Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee for Tender Security from any Schedule Bank in favour of the Mayor, Brahmanbaria Pourashava, Brahmanbaria and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.
10.	The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders
11.	The authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to accept any part of the tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained.
