A qualified rural development
specialist with a bachelor’s degree in related field such as economics,
sociology, engineering, agriculture, or others and a relevant post-graduate degree. -
At least 20 years of working
experience and 15 years of relevant experience in planning, design, construction,
supervision and maintenance of rural development projects in Bangladesh (like
roads, bridges &culverts, markets & Ghats, different protective works
against natural calamities due to climate change to ensure environmental
sustainability). -
Experience in planning, budgeting and
executing different skill development training with training module
development and also experience in CBRS (community-based road safety) will be
added advantage. Basic qualifications in procurement are desired. -
Relevant experience in
foreign aided projects would also be an added advantage. -
Age range: Maximum 60 years; -

Design Engineer (Civil Works) |

- A
qualified civil engineer, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and
Engineering post-graduate qualification. - At
least 12(Twelve) years of working experience and 8(eight) years of Specific
experience in planning, design, construction and maintenance of rural
infrastructures projects in Bangladesh. -
Knowledge management capability especially
on climate resilient issues and structural design in vulnerable areas and work
experience in Haor/coastal/flood affected riverine region-based development
project(s). -
Age range: Maximum 55 years; - Relevant experience in foreign aided projects also
be an added advantage. -

A Hydrologist/Climate Change
Expert, preferably Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Water Resources
Engineering or Physical Geography. Experience on hydrology especially surface
water hydrology will be an added advantage.
At least 12 years of working experience and 8 (Eight) years of
relevant working experience with a focus on climate change adaptation (CCA).

A Livelihood Specialist,
preferably Masters in any discipline, trained on Value Chain and business
development service will be given added advantage. At least 20 years of work experience and 12
years of specific experience in designing, developing, and managing program
interventions aiming at improved livelihoods of the poor and small households - Experienced in sub-sector analysis, value chain
program design, agriculture technology transfer, agribusiness plan
development, and development of different types of microenterprises.; - Frequent field visit is required. -
Age range: Maximum 65 years, -
Experience of management of

- The Asst. Programmer should have a degree in
Computer Science and Engineering or Master’s in any discipline with a diploma
degree in Computer Sciences. - And have at least 5 years’ experience in
similar work with computer skills and in assisting the financial management
of large projects involving funds from different sources (preferably IFAD,
JICA, ADB, World Bank, KfW, or other similar financiers). He will be
experienced in programming experience such as: C++, NX programs, website
programming, or other relevant programming with networking knowledge; should
have experienced in TOMPRO software, Accounting Software, Project Management Software
and willingness to learn new applications. - Age range: Maximum 55 years; - Relevant
