1.    Rural Employment & Road Maintenance Programme-2 (RERMP-2) under Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) of the Ministry of Local Government Rural Development & Cooperatives has the provision to Supply of tools for the use of maintenance crews of the Project and intends to invite sealed tender bid from the eligible bonafide LGED listed bidders for Supply of Goods (Rammer and Dao) as tabulated below:

2.   The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) now invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders from eligible source for the supply of the Goods for the purpose of the Project.

 

3.   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the tender from and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Project Director, Rural Employment & Road Maintenance Programme-2 (RERMP-2), Local Government Engineering Department, LGED Bhaban (level-10), Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, on all working days during normal office hours up to 8th April’ 2015.

 

4.   A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested LGED listed bidder on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Tk. 500.00 (Taka Five hundred) for each Tender Package.

 

5.   All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned in the above Table in the form of Payment Order/Bank Draft in favor of the “Project Director, Rural Employment & Road Maintenance Programm-2 (RERMP-2), LGED” and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to bidders on or before 1:00 PM (local time) 9th April’ 2015.

 

6.   Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 PM (local time) on 9th April ‘2015 at the office of the undersigned.

 

7.   The Invitation for Tender will also be available at the web site: //www.lged.gov.bd.

 

8.    The authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to accept any part of the tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained.
