CORRIGENDUM NOTICE

This is to notify for all concern that the following amendment is made for IFB No. LGED/PD/ICGP/GD/ICB/1(2015-16) vide Memo No: LGED/PD/CGP/P-24/2015/845, Date: 10 November, 2015.

Description	Particulars	Amended Particulars
Bid Package No.: ICGP/GD/01	Lot No.: 01 : Procurement of Pavement Grinding Machine. Lot No.: 02 : Procurement of Vibratory roller ( 3-4 ton). Lot No.: 03 : Procurement of tractor (100 Hp).	Lot No.: 01: “Procurement of Pavement Grinding Machine” will be postponed from this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Lot: 02 & 03 will remain unchanged.
Last Date & Time of Selling Bid Documents:	On all working days during normal office hours up to 29/12/2015.	On all working days during normal office hours up to 10/01/2016.
Latest Date & Time of Bid Submission:	At or before Time: 3:00 PM on date30/12/2015.	At or before Time: 3:00 PM on date 11/01/2016.
Date & Time of Bid Opening	At Time :3:30 PM and Date : 30/12/2015.	At Time : 3:30 PM and Date : 11/01/2016.

All other terms & conditions of IFB notice will remain unchanged. This corrigendum notice with above amendments shall be integrated part of the bid documents.
