The Local
Government Engineering Department (LGED) has received a fund from Government
Bangladesh towards cost of
procurement of Double Cabin Pick-Up. It is intended that
this fund will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the supply of the following Goods:

2. The Local Government Engineering Department
(LGED) now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for
the supply of the Good.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain
further information and inspect the tender documents at the office of the
Project Director, Construction of Loop (Saidabad side) of Khilgaon Flyover
Project. RDEC Bhaban, LGED, Level-10, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.
4. A pre-tender meeting will be
held on 24-03-2011 .at 14.30 hours
in the undersigned Office Room at Level-10, of
RDEC Bhaban, LGED, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. Interested tenderers may
attend the Pre-tender meeting for any clarification.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be
purchased by any interested eligible tenderer on submission of a written application to the above
address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of the above mentioned amount
against each package on all working days during normal office hours up
to 04-04-2011.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned
in Bangladesh Taka in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft issued by a Scheduled
Bank of Bangladesh in favor of ``The Project Director , Construction of Loop
(Saidabad side) of Khilgaon Flyover Project. LGED” And must be delivered in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers on or before 2:30 PM on 05-04-2011.

7. Tenders will be publicly opened in presence
of Tenderers or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at 3:00
PM on 05-04-2011 at the office of the undersigned.
8. The authority reserves the right to accept
any tender, or to accept any part of the tender, or to reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation
will be entertained.
