Interested eligible
tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents at
the office of The Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance), Level-7, LGED
Bhaban, Local Govt. Engineering Department, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla
Nagar,
Dhaka-1207.
3.
A pre-tender
meeting will be held on 24.05.2011.at
15.00 hours in the Office Room of Additional Chief Engineer
(Maintenance), Level-7, LGED
Bhaban, Local Govt. Engineering Department, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla
Nagar,
Dhaka-1207. Interested tenderers may attend the Pre-tender meeting for
any
clarification.
4. A
complete set of tender documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible tenderer on
submission of a written application to the above address and upon
payment of a
nonrefundable fee of the above mentioned amount against each package on all
working days during
normal office hours up to 30.05.2011.
5. All
tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned in Bangladesh
Taka
in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft or in the form of irrevocable Bank
Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in favor of the
“Additional Chief Engineer
(Maintenance), LGED" and must be delivered in
accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers on or before 14:00 hours on 31.05.2011.
6. Tenders
will be publicly opened in presence of Tenderers or
their authorized representatives who choose to attend at

authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to accept any part
of the
tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason
thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained.
