Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) For Selection of Firm/Company for Staff Support Services.

 

1.        Local Government Engineering Department has been allocated public funds from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) towards the cost of “Union Infrastructure Development (Khulna, Bagerhat & Satkhira)”  Project and it intends to apply part of these funds to payments under the contract for the provision of Support Services for the project by a firm/company on outsourcing basis.

 

2.       The firm/company will be engaged to provide services of 1(One) Assistant Engineer (Civil), 3(Three) Office Assistant cum Computer Operator, 1(One) Photocopy Machine Operator & 1 (One) Driver under “Union Infrastructure Development (Khulna, Bagerhat & Satkhira)” Project.

 

3.       LGED now invites eligible applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firm/companies are invited to provide information indication that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, qualification and experience among staff, availability of appropriate staffs etc).

 

4.       An applicant may associate with other firm/company to enhance their qualifications. A firm/company will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2008 of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It is expected that the services will be commenced on September, 2016 and shall be completed on June, 2018.

 

5.       Interested firm/company may obtain further information by applying to the address below during normal office hours. The services required for the project are listed below:

6.       Expressions of Interest shall be submitted on or before 27-06-2016 in a sealed envelope delivered to the Project Director, Union Infrastructure Development (Khulna, Bagerhat & Satkhira) Project, 62, West Agargaon (Level-7), Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207 and be clearly marked Request for Expression of Interest of selection of Firm/company for Staff Support Services.

 

The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EOI without assigning any reason whatsoever.
