Tender
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above in the form bank
draft/pay-order any schedule bank. Interested tender may be obtain further
information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash
/treasury Chelan /bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or
their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of
tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
Tenders without assigning any reasons whatever. |

tender Price should not be more less than 5% or more above than 5% of the
Official estimated cost. Other wise the tender will be rejected (Ref. PPR 2nd
amendment -2009). |
