must be accompanied by the tender security specified above, Interested

the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives
are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reasons
whatsoever. |

If the tender price of a tender exceeds more then 5% (five present)
less or above than the Official
estimated cost tender shall be rejected According to the public
Procurement Rules (PPR-2008). |
