6 Tender
shall be valid for a
period of 60 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by tender
Security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information
from the Office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/Treasury Chalan/Bank draft from the places
mentioned above. The tenderer of ther authorized
representatives are allowed to attened the opening of
tenders. The authority reserves theright to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
7. The
tender will be rejected if the total tender price quoted more than 5%(five percent) less or above of the Offical
estimated cost.
8. The tender will be treated as pert
of the tender cocument more information will be
available from concern office.
