Water Harvesting, Electrification & Supply of Office Furniture of WMCA
Office under Dublai Bhadrabati
Subproject {SP-45207 (IFDA-1)}, Upazila: Sherpur, District: Bogra..
3. Only
Eligible bidders meeting the qualifications criteria stated in the bidding
document, including the following key criteria, may participate in this bidding,
either as a single entity or in Joint Venture.
·
Participation
in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed
within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where
the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds BDT 120.00 (One hundred twenty)
lakh. In case of joint venture, one partner must meet the requirement;
·
Minimum
average annual construction turnover of BDT 174.00 (One hundred seventy four) lakh, calculated as total certified payments
received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 (three)
years. In case of joint venture, all partners combined must meet the
requirement, each partner must meet 25% of this requirement and one partner
must 40% of the requirement.

Should
fulfill the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in the bidding
documents.

in the bidding document.
4. National
competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: “One Envelop bidding procedure” and is open to all Bidders from
eligible source countries

bidding documents for Construction works as mentioned above.

Pay
a non-refundable fee in favour of Executive Engineer,
LGED, Bogra as mentioned above.
·
Approach
the above mentioned offices until the bid submission deadline.

Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. In case of annulment, all
