1.	The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Participatory Small scale Water Resources Sector Project (PSSWRSP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from ADB member countries.
2	Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the (1) Construction of WMCA Office (12.0mx6.0m) including Rain Water Harvesting, Electrification, Supply of Office Furniture of WMCA Office under Noldoani Khal {SP-46249 (IFAD-1)}, Upazila: Dumki, District: Patuakhali. & (2) Construction of WMCA Office (12.0mx6.0m) including Rain Water Harvesting, Electrification, Supply of Office Furniture of WMCA Office under Itbaria Khal {SP-46258 (IFAD-1)}, Upazila: Sadar, District: Patuakhali.
3	Only eligible bidders meeting the qualifications criteria stated in the bidding document, including the following key criteria, may participate in this bidding: For package No: LGED/PSSW/PD/Dumki/Patua/W-09/2015 (a) 5(Five) years minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 21.00 (Twenty-One) Lakh. (b) Experience in similar contract individually of at least one contract BDT 10.00 (Ten) lakh. (c) Should fulfill the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in the bidding documents. For package No: LGED/PSSW/PD/Sadar/Patua/W-10/2015 (a) 5(Five) years minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 21.00 (Twenty-One) Lakh. (b Experience in similar contract individually of at least one contract BDT 12.00 (Twelve) lakh. (c) Should fulfill the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in the bidding documents.
4	Natioal competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: One Envelop procedure open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

(g) Upazila Engineer, Dumki/Patuakhali Sadar, Patuakhali requesting the bidding documents for construction work as mentioned above. - Pay a non-refundable fee in favor of Executive Engineer, LGED, Patuakhali s mentioned above. - Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents: 07 February 2016, Time 05:00 PM (Office time).
7	Delivery your bid: - To the Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Patuakhali. - on or before the deadline : Date : 08 February 2016 at time 12:00 PM - together with a Bid Security in the amount indicated in the bidding document.
8	Bids will be opened on 08 February 2016 at 12:05 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Patuakhali.
9	The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at nay time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and specifically, bid securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
