The Local
Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the i)Construction of Pumping plat form and ii)Electrification works under Ummesh CAD Subproject {(SP-25240) (ADB)} Upazila:Gaffargaon, District-Mymensingh

Only eligible
bidders meeting the qualifications criteria stated in the bidding document,
including the following key criteria may participate in this bidding, either as
a single entity or in Joint Venture.
* Participation in at least one
contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last
5(five) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s
participation exceeds BDT 16.00 (Sixteen) lakh. In case of Joint Venture, one
partner must meet the requirement.
* Minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 31.00 (Thirty one)
lakh, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress
or completed, within
the last 3 years. In case of joint venture ,
all partners combined must meet the requirement, each partner must 25% of this
requirement and one partner must meet 40% of the requirement, Should fulfill
the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in the bidding documents.

competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage:
One Envelop procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source
countries.

or (e) Project Director, PSSWRSP, LGED

Dhaka or (f) Upazila Engineer, Gaffargaon,
Mymensingh District Requesting the bidding documents for Construction works as mentioned above.

Pay a non-refundable fee of BDT 2000.00 (Two thousand) in favour
of Executive
Engineer, LGED,Mymensingh. as mentioned above.
Deliver
your bid :

The Employer
reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process
and reject all bids at any
time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any
liability to Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and
specifically, bid securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
