Eligibility of Tenderer

i.      The minimum period of General experience in  construction works shall be  5 (five) years.

ii.     The minimum specific Experience as a prime contractor or sub contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least two (2) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed with in the last five years each with a value of at least Tk 102 (One hundred two) lacs  Taka.

iii.     Required Annual average construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 235 (Two Hundred Thirty fine) lac Taka over the last five years.

iv.    Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset ) and/ or credit facility net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer  shall be 60 (Sixty) lac Taka.

v.     Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
