Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days ( package no. w-66 for a period of 120 days)after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

  If the quoted amount of the lowest tenderer more than once then the tenderer will be selected by lottery. The lottery will be held on  28/09/2010  in the conference room of the undersigned at 11.00am.
